Return Post 9/11-G.I Bill benefits to Reserve and Guard service members

Created by O.L. on November 29, 2016

In 2014, the Pentagon created a new deployment code that denies the accrual of Post 9/11-G.I Bill benefits for Reservist and Guard members deployed under Title 10, section 12304b. This has denied G.I benefits for over 1,700 Reservist who have deployed overseas since it's creation. We are asking Congress to return G.I benefits to our men and women serving in the U.S Armed Forces Reserve and Army and Air National Guard.
