We the Undersigned, Request the power to hire and fire State Senators and Congressmen/women when we feel that they are not performing to the standards that they were elected, not just during election periods, but Anytime. The elected should feel the pressure to actually have to work for their money. Everyday Americans work hard everyday to keep their jobs not knowing if they will have a job tomorrow or not, while the Elected sit in their offices collecting enormous paychecks knowing they are secure for their term of office. No more special pays and bonuses, No more Easy Retirement packages, No more Exemptions, No more Exceptions! It is time that the Elected know what it is like to be an Employee Of the People, For the People, By the People!
