Implement effective public financing of federal general elections by whatever means necessary. This system will match and magnify small individual contributions by a factor of 10:1 with federal government funds. General election candidates for federal office will be allowed to accept no other contributions.
The purpose of this initiative is to cause politicians to act in the best interests of the electorate because voters will become the only source for their campaign funds and their votes.
From time to time the match ratio may be revised as conditions warrant.
