The Patriot Act was passed as a knee jerk reaction to America's fear, loss, and sorrow. In the sobering light of time, we have now come to realise the "Pandora's Box" that was opened when Congress rushed this Bill through. They did not give the appropriate time for reflection, the lengthy disscussion, and the due respect needed to make a just and fair law. Instead this law was to lay the ground work to infringe upon the American Citizens' right to free speach and association, and their right to privicy.
This law is unconstitutional. These powers and privledges were usurped from their rightful owners. We the People are petitioning the Obama Administration to do the truly Patriotic thing and reliquish those powers and privledges back to the American Citizenry where it belongs.
