We petition to return the protections of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America to the citizens of the United States of America. End all check point federal, state and local police activity that is not supported by specific warrant and supported by probable cause.
Police State check points to apprehend random substance abusers is not justification for the patent disregard of our constitutional rights.
