Return the required number of signatures to 25,000 from 100,000.

The petition process had required only 25,000 signatures to require a response. You can still find petitions that required only 25,000 signatures on the web site. The Obama Administration has silently and arbitrarily raised that limit to 100,000 signatures to stifle any attempt at getting an answer to any public petition. We request that the Obama Administration return the signature requirement to what it was before he took office.
