Return service in congress to a civic duty and not a life time career by enacting term limits in congress. Allow only three (3) terms in the House of Representatives and two (2) terms in the Senate. One can serve three (3) terms in the house and if elected to the Senate a additional two (2) terms in the Senate giving then a maximum of 5 terms in congress. Term durations shall not be change and shall not be increased.
