Return the State Courts to Follow the Federal Court Precedences to Preserve Constitutional Rights of The People

Around 1988 the State Courts were allowed to no longer follow the Federal Court Precedences, which have resulted in the Constitutional Safeguards & Guarantees to be Diluted and Circumvented. This has led to the Corporations to have an unfair advantage to donate and corrupt certain elections in the Democratic Process and Law and or Policy Making Process, which directly effects every single American who is protected from Big Corporate Abusive Powers in their economical matters. Not to mention other State Power abuses over the people, such as state taxes, and partisan career politicking, among voter suppression and voter segregation with re districting .
