My name is Stephanie Schroder, and on Jan 14, 2015, my daughter while under the care of her grandmother Victoria Baldwin(my mother) got ahold of her brother's medication, which caused her to be hospitalized. Child services got involved and both the doctors at the hospital and cps caseworker who was there with the officer said to me and my husband it was just an accident and her supervisor will be in touch, we did everything the supervisor asked, but on Jan 23, 2015 Child Services illegal removed both my children took my daughter to foster care and placed my son with his father. Our rights were violated from the beginning with them entering without our consent to our home, didn't present proof of removal when requested, all evidence was hearsay and cirumstancal, we did everything asked.
