To return Texas to Mexico and all succession petitioners to be naturalized as Mexican citizens

In light of the recent move of a small % of American citizens seeking succession from the Union, I offer a simple solution. All signers seeking withdrawal can be offered asylum under the following plan. First an agreement with the government of Mexico that the U.S. will return the land known as the State of Texas to Mexico. In agreement they have this rescource rich territory returned the Mexican government agrees to naturalize any or all signers of succession as Mexican citizens, as well upon deportation of disgruntled indebted succeeders a wall will be allowed to be built on the new border on the northern end of the former Texas territory as requested by Texan occupants. Debt will be forgiven for all former citizens who participate in construction full term.
