Return Veteran Education Benefits utilized at Community Colleges due to education policy initiative changes

This petition is in response to the announcement of education reform made by president Obama. The announcement describes the initiative to make seeking education through community college free of charge; however, as a military veteran which has answered the country's 911 call and fought in combat, knowing that I had earned the opportunity to attend higher education. I believe many veterans feel that this is a set back to those of us who had expired majority of our education benefits through community college and continue to obtained substantial amount of personal debt in the process of obtaining various degrees at 4 year schools.
