Just change it, everyone does it and lowering the drinking age will lower the pressure of law enforcement to deal with a good deal of underage drinking. If as a society we focus on responsible drinking, abuse of alcohol may go down and kid's wouldn't binge drink as often. This change would also increase the legal purchase of many american made products.
