Maddy made a very bold statement for a five years old little girl a little over a year ago regarding her biological Father. She told a Caseworker that Daddy was touching her in places.
From there her life spiraled out of control and today Maddy lives in a foster home, away from her Mother, whom loves her and wants a good life for her.
Maddy's case was twisted from onset. The courts in Texas allowed this little girl to return to the Father allegedly committing heinous acts on her little body for visitations and eventually she was taken into Foster Care.
Maddy's Mother has fought hard to bring her child home, there was never any allegations about the Mother so this Advocate fails to understand why this is happening and we demand that Maddy be returned to her Mother immediately.
