Revamp the benefits that Presidents and Congress, current and prior, receive.

Federal politicians, current and former, have a benefits package unlike any other. Compared to the military, which is always the target of budget and personnel cuts as well as the target of benefit cuts, politicians have their controlling hands too far into the pie. Before any further discussion of benefit changes to the military by Generals and politicians, it is time for the federal government and its leaders to "lead from the front". Imprisoned congressmen and Senators as well as convicted felons are still receiving benefits. The laws and reforms passed by politicians don't even really affect the politicians themselves. It is time to start from the top. All reforms that affect middle and lower class populations must also affect the people passing said laws and reforms.
