Revamp the Civilian Conservation Corps to save America's youth, environment, and economy.

Created by H.A. on January 16, 2013

During the Great Depression, President Roosevelt created a solution to what he saw were some economic problems. It was the Civilian Conservation Corps, and it took young men who were unemployed and gave them a regimented job teaching them discipline and employing them. But alongside them were engineers, scientists, environmentalists and more who helped to build the National Parks and beautify the land throughout America. This Corps helped turn the economy around and instill values and discipline in the lives of young men, while conserving and beautifying America to inspire patriotism and raise morale.

We the people, wish to reinstate this program, modernize it so it is applicable and relevant, encompass many jobs, and provide a new opportunity for the unemployed men and woman of America
