Revamp the Federal laws of Child Custody and Child Support guidelines.

Created by W.K. on November 27, 2012

The countries Child Custody and Child Support laws throughout this country are extremely unfair, sexist, and bias. They are not in the best interest of the child all the time and often times the child is the one who suffers. My suggestion is Child support should be divided. Raising a child takes both parents even if they cannot live together anymore.
The parent with custody should be responsible for providing the shelter for the child, heat, etc.
The other parent should be the one who pays for the clothing, gas, food etc.
If the parent who has custody cannot provide adequate housing for the child then the other parent should be the one with custody.
The formula which states how much child support must be paid also needs to be regulated and changed,
