When Americans have hardship or Life events and are behind on Mortgage with banks or Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae Loans and not being eligible for HAMP program because we did not get a mortgage till after 2009. That date needs to be changed we Americans that pay taxes and work and need help too- This year guideline needs to be changed so us middle class can afford to live in there homes and preserve the American way!!!
