With recent issues that have been raised with the Veterans Administration and it's antiquated systems, it is imperative that broad sweeping changes need to be made now, not five to ten years down the line.
Between the inability to provide timely health care to our veterans, lack of resources to treat all veterans, inaccurate information on veterans, inaccurate billing policies and procedures that illegally bill private insurance and outside insurance programs it is glaringly obvious that changing a few officials is not going to correct the situation.
Update all computer systems to include server infrastructure
Implement a state of the art billing system that can accurately track what is and what is not a service connected procedure
