Revamp the We The People section

800 words is simply not enough. I've noticed the Administration has been pretty good at addressing all of the concerns that would fit into the description, so expand it. It seems like you're getting an idea of what we want done, but not WHY we want it done. How it may effect our everyday lives. Ridiculous petitions like impeaching the president would realize they don't know why they want the president impeached, and legitimate petitions would be able to have more a personal feel to them.
And lower the limit, 25,000 was clearly too low given some of the ludicrous petitions you had addressed. but don't quadruple it! try 50, then 75.
Also, if we bring up the same issue twice, (Or over a dozen times, Marijuana) don't throw the same talking points back, I'm looking at you Gil K...
