Please read fully to understand the point. Picture this a tightrope 60 feet off ground, 10,000 walkers will go across, maybe one or 2 will fall but a net will catch them. Now remove the net, how many will cross, one maybe 2.
Look at this way, Mom and pops crate most of the jobs, most are personally funded, some with small business loans. Now there is a good deal of businesses fail in first year of opening. It takes 30- 40 years to pay off credit cards at min payments. Now who wants to risk a dept black hole, smart peole don't. Look at what happen when Chapter 7 was crunched, short time later housing sales slowed, It wasn't fast at first but look at it, smart people pulled out, Dumb ones went in. Now no one want to be risky but safe. By the ways keep in mind nearly half are for medical.
