Reveal to American public if U.S. President has full access to any and all U.S. military bases and secret installations.

It is hardly a secret that the U.S. Government maintains well-protected and hidden military installations around the world that are studying and using technologies far more advanced than it has revealed to the American public. It is thought that the so-called "powers that be" have authority even to restrict the Commander-In-Chief, the President of the United States, from accessing information to much of--if not all of--the advanced technology, and related military secrets, that this country possesses. It is further believed that the President of the United States does NOT have FULL physical access to ALL top-secret military installations belonging to the U.S., imposed by either military regulations and/or authorities that have power over the Commander-In-Chief to restrict him from such.
