There are many individuals claiming that there are secret Geo-engineering programs being conducted in and around the United States (and globally.)
Water, soil and air samples have been collected by numerous independent/university level researchers. These researchers have noted exceptionally high levels of barium, aluminum and other potential hazardous material after what appears to be intense aerosol-like spraying of the atmosphere.
We the People would like to know if any such programs are currently being conducted and whether or not these programs are being paid for with our tax dollars. We would like to know why these programs are being conducted and what they seek to achieve.
