On 20th July 2016, the Department of Justice of United States had filed in a civil complaint (Case No. CV 16-16-5362) against “The Wolf of Wall Street” Motion Picture before the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA. The complaint revealed that a fund amounting to USD 681 million was illegally transferred into personal bank accounts belonging to the Malaysian Official 1 (MO1).
However, the Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Razak refused to set up an independent investigation commission on this scandal and persecuted his own party colleagues, government officials and individuals who raised this issue against him. Furthermore, Najib Razak continuously denied he was the MO1. To end this infamous kleptocracy, we Malaysians want to know who the MO1 is.
