This is a petition to President Obama and all U.S. Government agencies to release information to the public on the reality of the UFO phenomenon. We submit there are and have been many well-documented cases in the United States of the UFO phenomenon witnessed by thousands of American citizens, both private and military. This phenomenon has been witnessed by Americans since, at least 1942 and there has been an on-going coverup by U.S. government agencies since, at least, that time. The time is long overdue for our government to publicly disclose this reality so that the American public can participate in any decisions made by government regarding the phenomenon, as intended by our democratic principles and the U.S. Constitution.
