Give local jurisdictions "county ordinance" the power" to improve saftey measures for surrounding home owners of "wild west type" target shooter sportsmen.
There is no way to charge, stop, or control this behavior as to date.
This is a petition explaing my concern over "wild west party type target shooting" on open rural "uninspected, unlicensed, non-conforming to shooting range spec'd" private land.
I am talking about target sportsmen people who are not range certified, hold any type of firearm saftey course, not former military or law, not of stable mind, hold grudges with thier nieghbors, and/or activley fire weapons while under alcohol induced intoxication, under drug use intoxication or just show total irrisponsibility or respect to surrounding homes.
