After being scolded by the media in 2012 for use of insider information Congress finally passed legislation to limit their own "insider trading" as they were getting rich off of duty specific information. With the election far behind them, both houses of Congress and the President reversed many of the key provisions of that bill. They are no longer to be forced into open records disclosure and can return to their own behind closed door mentality. The trio acted so fast the media did not even have time to exploit this story.
