Gerrymandering (redistricting) has allowed states to be divided in a way that results in unfair power grabs by a political party. This unethical practice has allowed politicians, whom the majority of people voted against, to be elected or stay in office. As a result, legislation continues to be passed which hurts the majority of their constituents. This is the beginning of a plan to rig the presidential election in 2016. This practice needs to be reversed and ended.
