As of December 1, 2016, Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure grants government agencies the power to unreasonable searches of a person's data. The amendment gives the ability for government agencies to receive a single remote access warrant and hack any storage media that may be related to a crime. Judges from any district possibly involved can issue a warrant to hack said media, whether it be inside or anywhere outside the district.
With agencies now being able to hack any storage media and seize any data from said media, the people are no longer protected. This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures and should be reversed. We the people should not have to be subject to this unreasonable restriction of our liberty.
