Whereas Congress is incapable of ascertaining the true nature of the extent of the over-leveraged budgetary situation that we face, and
Whereas Congress is incapable of intelligent debate and asking real and hard questions, and
Whereas Congress is incapable of listening to the middle class, and
Whereas Congress is incapable of making decisions in the interest of the greater American Public, and
Whereas Congress is living like Royality and does not subject themselves to the same laws and programs (Healthcare and Social Security) as the American Public, and
Whereas, the current and past administrations have blantantly circumvented the Code of Federal Regulations on numerous occaisions,
BE IT RESOLVED that CONGRESS takes immediate steps to cure itself of CRANIAL RECTAL INVERSION.
