Reverse court decision which forced me from our home and custody of the children taken and given to abuser in Howard Co.

I am a mother of two children and was recently divorced in the Howard County Circuit court. For 3 years of separation, I had physical custody of my children per a signed agreement between my ex husband and myself. He moved out of the home. He was abusive and several protective orders, an assault charge and marital rape was ignored by the courts, I was never given a protective order. In the duration of the litigation process every agreement we made was breached and I was falsely held in "contempt" for simply picking my own children up from a daycare (under right of first refusal which was IN our court order). I was not allowed to present evidence in my own divorce, no witnesses. Now my children are in his custody, the home was ordered sold. I was left in total financial devastation.
