The current fisical cliff bill was 157 pages and was read and passed in the last 3 min of the session. There is no way that the senators and congressman read and agreed. In 3 min they could barely do a vote. Since this shows that they do not agree and just wanted to save them selves they should work on a resolve that hurts the government not the people governed. For example cut all retirements for presidents, congressman, and senators by 60,000 dollars. If government health care is mandated then it should first be used on the politiions have them go to the VA hospitals. which would also insure Vets coming home would have better hospitals. It is time to also make the vote for the pay raise a district vote. Anytime a employee can pick there raise the company will fall this is the same thing.
