Reverse the decision made by Judge Robert J. Shelby that overturned Utah's ban on same-sex marriage.

Created by J.L. on December 21, 2013

Judge Robert J. Shelby, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, recently overturned Utah's ban on same-sex marriage. The citizens of Utah voted against same-sex marriage in 2004. Judge Shelby's ruling is in violation of the 10th amendment, which states that powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the States, are reserved to the States or the people.
