The Administration has agreed to delay for 1 year, until 2015, the requirement that businesses with more than 50 employees, implement the requirement that they offer health care for employees. The Affordable Care Act was passed fair and square. The longer it is delayed, the more likely it is to be repealed. The sooner it is implemented, the less likely.
