The unprecedented changing of the meaning and impetus of the 'Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act' by presidential power is wholly unjustified under the consideration that only Congress has the power to make laws, while the president can only veto such laws.
These arbitrary changes must be reversed for the sake of recognising that the power of the presidency is limited and such limits are in place to prevent what the founding fathers had first hand experience of; unchecked tyranny.
