The FDA has recently stated that they will impose regulation on the sale of e-cigs and e-liquid. E-cigs have saved many lives because there is at least a 95% decrease in harmful chemicals compared to straight tobacco. E-cigs are a way for people to kick their habit and flavors make it enjoyable unlike tobacco. If this law is put into effect, it will ruin all small the entire industry. The FDA will require a form submitted, and will require testing on every flavor, and every single nicotine variation of that flavor. Every single variation test will cost about $200,000-$300,000 to perform which will stomp out small business. Also e-juice containing NO nicotine still needs to have a label that says it contains tobacco. Please sign the petition so Big Tobacco doesn't take over this industry.
