This petition is in response to the decision issued Dec. 6, 2013 that wind energy companies may kill a number of bald or golden eagles without dear of punishment for 30 years. Not only were bald eagles recently taken off of the endangered species list (six years ago after 40 years on the list), but they are our national symbol. Allowing them to be killed is unacceptable.
