Undo the Militarization of all United States law enforcement agencies under the 1033 Program.

Since 1997, over $5 Billion dollars worth of military grade equipment has been transferred to over 8000 law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. This has created dissension between these law enforcement agencies and the citizens they have sworn to protect. Our law enforcement agencies should not be armed in a war against their neighbors. We the citizens call on the President and his administration to immediately repeal the 1033 Program. We ask that for our safety and the ensured future of liberty in this country that you require the immediate turn in of all equipment received by any agencies under the 1033 program, without any hope for reimbursement.
