To reverse outsourcing and jobs losses, employee(s) purchase of businesses should be required, with grants and contracts

Created by W.O. on January 07, 2012

The solution to reversing is closing or outsourcing businesses is to:

1) employees to organize as organization owners,
2) get government into grants and financing for employee-owned-organizations, and
3) save (tax-payer dollars) for government assistance, grants, incentives for 80%-employee-owned-organizations which guarantee 80% U.S. based jobs.

Employee-owners would be more invested the retention of their employment and customers outsourcing oriented companies. Employee-owned businesses should be encouraged or required to be non-wall-street companies, and use U.S. grants or tax-payer dollars in the U.S. -- only.

This model should be required of any employers who would shift any part or the whole of their operations, jobs, subcontracts, technologies, control, or value overseas.
