Bryan Nishimura is guilty of the same act as Secretary Hillary Clinton, but on a much smaller scale. As the FBI has seen fit to declare that no charges should be filed against Secretary Clinton for such a massive breach, we request a reversal of the decision to penalize Mr. Nishimura. We call for an immediate end to his probation period, restitution of any amount of his fines that have already been paid, and a return of his previously awarded security clearance.
