Reverse the pretrial decision to not allow the death penalty for the murder of 24 year officer Kevin Quick.

Created by C.R. on November 19, 2014

The 4 accused murderers of 24 year police office veteran Kevin Quick now do not have to concern themselves with facing the death penalty for their heinous alleged murder of an off duty, veteran police officer going home to visit his baby daughter.

The accused are also known gang members, belonging to the 99 goon syndicate street gang

Out going Attorney General, Eric Holder, decided it was in the best interests of the accused to know they will not have to face the death penalty for their alleged crimes by mandating that the death penalty not be allowed for this heinous crime. His decision has nothing to do with a pretrial plea agreement with the defendants. The DoJ has not informed any media outlets, as of this petition creation, explaining the resigning Attorney General's decision.
