Of that only 162 received an official response. (That's one response for every 182 petitions - about 0.11464%)
the most signatures that a single petition has ever received is 318,283 - a little over 3 times the new limit...
While attempting to alleviate number of inappropriate petitions, the 100,000 signature limit reaches too high and provides an avenue for our government to choose not to respond and is counter to transparency.
