Reverse the Statute of Limitations for Bill Cosby and his rapes of at least 35 women. Once this is reversed, all of these women, more victims and our government should be able to participate in prosecuting him to the fullest extent of the law.
When criminal activity occurs in such high numbers, there should be a law that reverses the statute of limitations.
