Reverse the Unites States Court of Appeals decision on net neutrality

With the US Court of Appeals decision to strike down the FCC's net neutrality regulations consumers are at a disadvantage more than ever. Without these restrictions, Internet Service Providers will be able to prioritize data usage according to their own rules, hurting companies reliant on the Internet and consumers that use Internet services such as Netflix and other video streaming sites.

Their belief in multiple providers is unfounded as many places in have one or two choices for as ISP, leading to locked in monopoly/duopolies which inflates prices and hurts consumers which often can not switch providers. "ISP's" such as Google Fiber are irrelevant due to limited market penetration.
