The Federal Government should not be able to mandate certain laws such as this one on individual states. It is the State's job to make these laws based on what the people request to have. This is forcing the State and local government to decrease power and increase in Federal power. We are the United States of America, Not the Nation of America, there is a big difference between a state and a nation. We need to be more United, and less nationalized.
