The undersigned of this petition believe that in order to have a well regulated militia (as stated in the second amendment in the bill of rights) comprised of civilian (Non government) people, the right to keep and bear arms should not be infringed.
The signers of this petition believe that firearms policies have been put into play that restrict this very amendment whether by executive order or by congressional approval.
As a group we wish for the reviewal of these bans both executively based as well as congressionally.
