Many people have recently questioned the newest laws and laws that are being decided upon. People question if they follow the guidelines of the constitution and thee Bill of Rights. Some laws in particular have been questioned upon, such as the attempted gun bans. People question gun bans due to the Second Amendment stating, as quoted "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." People have noticed one problem with the laws being passed, so maybe the law makers in the government need to be reminded and re-shown that the laws of America must abide by our rights that are clearly stated in the Constitution as well as the Bill of Rights. A review of all current and recently passed laws, reviewed by non-government personal, shall show if the laws are constitutional.
