Gerrymandering HAS occurred over the past few years. If there is a democratic president, who won the popular vote, it only makes sense that there should be a democratic house and senate as well. Gerrymandering has happened in Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania and many other states. The government of the United States must review all possible incidents of gerrymandering in order to avoid corruption in this country. They must take the correct action and redistrict BEFORE the end of 2013 to ensure the next election is corruption-free. If states do not oblige to redistrict, high-priority legal action must take place.
