review all records veterans discharged with an Other than honorable discharge to ensure discharges were accurate or fair

Created by T.C. on March 28, 2013

Thousands of military veterans are discharged under other than honorable terms. In many cases I have seen "including my own" the veteran was treated unfairly, and was "coerced" to sign paper work. This discharge also bars and or delays many veterans from receiving VA benefits including health benefits for service connected issues. Most commanding officers are unaware of most regulations and laws for such proceedings. They lack the training to be the sole decider of a soldiers, airmans, and or sailors future. I have sufficient evidence in my case to show I was treated unfairly upon discharge and am requesting all veterans that fall within certain guidelines to automatically be reviewed by their branches review board.
