review all Social Security Administrative Law Judge decisions wherein the claimant is not being represented by a lawyer

Created by S.H. on May 29, 2013

All too often you hear about people being denied Social Security even though they have enough convincing evidence and the only reason you can deduce for the denial is just because they decided not to go with an attorney to the Administrative Law Judge hearing. I am in this petition calling for a review of all Administrative Law Judge decisions wherein the claimant is not represented by legal counsel. And any case that shows obviously callous decision making that Administrative Law Judge be charged with breaking whatever anti trust laws or corruption laws a normal judge would get charged with in a criminal or civil suit where the evidence is obviously pointing in the direction the claimant is disabled but just because no legal mouthpiece is present the Law Judge denies the claim.
