OK so I was thinking about what can be done about this whole gun thing, and I think I have a plan for it. After much thought and consideration I give you the following Ideas:
1. I wont take any of you guns, if you got them legally you keep em.
2. A mental competency check is required. (new buyers)
3. a gun safety and training course provided by an expert gun handler, and able to demonstrate all skills learned from course. (new buyers)
4. Assault weapons ban. the caveat to this though is that if you currently have a registered Assault gun, keep it.
5. toss out any law that restricts magazine capacity.
6. increase ammo cost, allow ranges to buy cheap.
7. tax credit on anything relating to gun safety.
8. National Background check on private owners to buyers, ATF can provide check.
